911 responders discount

I have my mother and myself under share plan, both are law enforcement officers, with the discount for 911 responders, how is it my monthly bill is always high? Im nearly paying close to $200.

Was the discount added on to my bill of purchase?

So I go into my local AT&T and show my sworn LEO ID and say I want to sign up for the 911 Responder plan. After what I thought was getting signed up I left, my plan changed alright, cost me more and I got cut off my personal hotspot at 0200 hrs saying I used all my data weeks before the end of my period. (Never has that happened before on my unlimited plan). Then I find out I wasn't even signed up for the program, just got hosed for money and data... perfect, everyone especially cops love to get screwed over.

Hello, were you able to sign up on the website? If not, then we will need to gather the additional info from you. Which would be the store complete address and who assisted you. So we can work with out store partner team to look into this for you and help get the issue resolved. I will be standing by.

I have signed up online and in the storefront twice over 2 weeks so I'm pretty much fed up with the process. I just want back what I had before being screwed out of my tether data. Back for a 3rd time to the store this morning.

Thank you Lisa for checking into the situation, I did get your message and yes I got signed up at my local office. After 2 trips and 5 hours I was up and running, it took me from Spet 28 until Oct 24 but it's done now. Worked last night and the service was as expected and I wasn't being throttled on my hotspot data.
