Assign a schedule to a pdvConnect user

One of my workers has changed their work schedule. How do I update their hours in pdvConnect?

Assign a schedule to a pdvConnect user by clicking “Account Setup” and then selecting “Users”. Check out our tutorial “Assign a schedule to a user using the pdvConnect web interface” for step-by-step instructions. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
