Bad Repair Service
I am a business customer. I reported static on my line on 3/2/16. A technician came out the same day but did not resolve problem. I have spent as of this writing over 90 minutes navigating the automated services and online services to resolve the problem. As of 8am 3/8/16 I am now completely without phone service. The date of repair being given is 3/10/16 between 8am and 5pm. Since the caller hears the phone ringing, but not being answered, they are assuming we are not open. I want to know why it is taking such an extended time frame to repair my business phone service. I am so very disappointed in the customer service and repair service AT&T is providing.
