Cancel an order in AT&T Workforce Manager

We received a request from a client, and I entered it into AT&T Workforce Manager. The client just called back and stated that they no longer need the work performed. Can I cancel what I entered in the system already?

Yes, you can cancel an order in AT&T Workforce Manager. To do so, log in and click on the menu icon at the top right of the web portal. Next, click on History and then on Order history. The list of orders displays, and you can navigate to the desired order and click on the View link to the left. The order’s details display, and you can click on the drop-down under Order status and then select Cancelled. See our tutorial “Cancel an order in AT&T Workforce Manager” for more information.
