CNAM Registry

My company provides propane. We have residential customers that need propane in order to heat their homes in the winter. A year ago we had to swap VoIP systems to Ring Central, and some numbers were not able to port over to Ring Central, thus we had to add new local numbers to our company's branches. These numbers have not shown up as our company on customer's phones if they have AT&T as a provider. In some cases, this has resulted in customers not answering their phones to an unknown number, and thus they end up missing deliveries to heat their home in the middle of an upper midwest winter. Remember that these people are your customers as well.

If I provide you a list of all the new numbers in Ring Central can you help me verify that our company's numbers are properly added to your CNAM databases before winter hits full swing?

Hello @RCrainLakes,

 

Thank you for posting on the Business Community.  We poll from the same database as any other provider.  It is a central database.  Your provider would need to make sure your lines have the proper names.
