Create a shared pdvConnect contact with text messaging
I’m looking to create a new pdvConnect user that allows them to send text messages. How do I do that?

pdvConnect contacts can be created by clicking the “Account Setup” and selecting “Shared Contacts”. Check out our tutorial “Add a text messaging user (Individual Shared Contact) using the pdvConnect web interface” for step-by-step instructions.
