Create an external user in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk

I’m new to AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk and want to set up a contact for a user that is not on our account. Does anyone know if that’s possible, and if so, where I need to go to do so?

You can create an external user in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Corporate Admin Tool (CAT). Log into the admin tool and then click on the EPTT External Users icon in the menu on the left. Click on the Add External User button and then use the fields to enter the contacts name and phone number.
