My car was hit from behind by an AT&T truck driver.
My car was hit from behind by an AT&T truck driver. How do I file a claim for the damage to my vehicle? Driver claimed he didn't see me which I find hard to believe since my car is bright orange, unless he was distracted. He didn't want to provide info so I called the cops and they stood by while we exchanged info.
