Need contact info for AT&T engineering in Kern County, California

We have some abandoned AT&T infrastructure on our property. It is is no longer in service now that the only building that was utilizing it has been torn down. We want to remove it. We would obviously prefer that AT&T processes the removal to ensure that we don't break anything important. We are located in Kern County, CA, about 5 miles east of Wasco.
