Need Someone to Survey Property for Access Cost

We live in an area that has recently had AT&T fiber cable run allowing the newly built houses and our neighbor to hook up to it. The pole and the line is directly in front of our house, across from our driveway. I need someone from Construction and Engineering to come out and access what the cost would be to us to tie into that cable.

We run a business from our house and my employer now has me working from home full time so the internet we have now is no longer sufficient.

Please advise how we can initiate this.
