Remove an account in AT&T Business Console

I’m updating our AT&T Business Console account and found that we have some accounts assigned to it that are no longer valid. Does anyone know where I need to go to remove accounts?

You can remove accounts by accessing the account list. To access the accounts, log in and click on AT&T Business Console at the top left of the page. A menu populates, and you can click on Manage dashboard. Scroll down to Manage Accounts and click on the Remove accounts link. The accounts display, and you can click on the checkbox to the left of the desired account type. See our tutorial “Removing accounts in AT&T Business Console” for more information.
