Run an Order History search by order number in AT&T Workforce Manager
One of our clients has reached out to us to submit a request. Unfortunately, they did not provide anything other than an order number, and I’m unsure how to look that up. Does anyone know where I need to go in the system to find an old order number in AT&T Workforce Manager?

You can find an Order History in AT&T Workforce Manager by searching for an order number. To do so, log in and then click on History in the menu to the left. Next, click on Order History and click in the field under "Specific order history" and enter your customer's order number. Click on the Find orders button near the bottom.
