Search Order History by client in AT&T Workforce Manager

I’m updating our internal records for some of our clients. A few of my co-workers and I have helped a customer, and I’m trying to find their orders. Does anyone know if there is a way to search for a customer in AT&T Workforce Manager?

Yes, AT&T Workforce Manager allows you to search for orders by using order numbers, user's names, and client names. In this case, to search for the order history of a client by their name, log in and then click on History in the menu to the left. Next, click on Order History and use the field under "Clients" to enter the client's name. Next, select the desired timeframe and click on the Find Orders button. See our tutorial “Run an Order History search by client with AT&T Workforce Manager” for more information.
