Send a message to a contact in the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk for Android

My IT group advised me that we were able to send messages to users from the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk application. I’m new to the system, and I’m not sure where I need to go. Does anyone know where I need to go in the Android application to send a message?
