Does anyone know if AT&T Collaborate Enhanced Mobile logs interactions? If so, where do I go to see the calls that have been placed?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate Enhanced Mobile includes call and voicemail logs. To view the logs, click on “Call Logs” in the “Utilities” widget. The logs display, and you can use the buttons at the bottom to filter the list to display the following views:
