Access an AT&T Office@Hand call queue call handling settings

I’m reviewing the settings configured by my colleges for our AT&T Office@Hand account. Is there a way to see how call queues route calls? If so, where do I need to go to see the settings?

You can access the Call Queue Call Handling settings in AT&T Office@Hand to see calls routed to employee groups. To access the settings, log into the admin portal and click on the Phone Settings tab. You can then click on Groups in the menu on the left and then on the group you would like to view. The group’s settings display, and you can click on Call Handling on the left.
