Accessing call recordings in AT&T Office@Hand

A college of mine enabled call recording for our AT&T Office@Hand agents. It looks like I’m able to record manually, but I was under the impression that I could have calls recorded automatically. Is this possible, and if so, where do I go to enable that?

Yes, AT&T Office@Hand includes the ability to automatically records. To enable recording, click on Phone System, and then Auto Receptionist. Click on the General Settings tab and then scroll down to the “Call Recording” section. You can then choose to enable Automatic recording.
