AT&T Office@Hand Active Call Controls

I’m new to AT&T Office@Hand. I placed a call in the application and saw an icon, and I’m not sure what it means. It has a triangle and what looks like a signal bubble and says, “Switch to Carrier”. Does anyone know what that means?

The “Switch to Carrier” icon in the call controls for AT&T Office@Hand is used to switch a call from Voice over IP to your cell phone’s carrier. This allows you to take a call from a work location and continue the conversation on the go. Take a look at our tutorial “Active Call Controls | AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App Article #6511” for more information on the icons found in the active call screen.
