AT&T Office@Hand error Account is disabled

One of my workers is trying to log into their AT&T Office@Hand account and sees an error saying their account is disabled. Does anyone know how I can unlock their account?

The error displays if a user has too many failed attempts to log into their account. The system locks access to their account as a safety precaution. If you are an administrator, you can use the AT&T Office@Hand admin portal to manage the user’s account. First, log in and click on Users and then User List. Next, click on Users with extensions. The user in question displays a lock icon under status. Check out our tutorial “Access to this account is disabled error | AT&T Office@Hand #13764” for more information.
