Business Attendant

We just got this feature 2 weeks ago and still can not get it set up!! I have spent several hours on the phone 94 hours yesterday) and then the tech rep says they can not help and a level 2 will have to help but I can only talk to a level 2 if they call me and they NEVER call. Is anyone else having these issues?
