Business Attendant
We just got this feature 2 weeks ago and still can not get it set up!! I have spent several hours on the phone 94 hours yesterday) and then the tech rep says they can not help and a level 2 will have to help but I can only talk to a level 2 if they call me and they NEVER call. Is anyone else having these issues?

We have exactly the same issue. Trying to resolve it for last 4 months, it is absolutely ridiculous and we are continue paying for the service. Administrators keep telling you they will communicate via Direct Message but our last chat was closed and issue is till not resolved.
