Business Attendant

We are looking to add business attendant to our AT&T Business Account. We will need to set up a new phone number for our small business and then begin the process of setting up the call tree. Can't seem to find the right person to get ahold of.

We have business attendant for 3 years (signed up 3 years ago, paying for it) and it is NOT working. All we get are just promises to call back and fixt the issue that is on AT&T side and seems that we are getting nowhere with this. AT&T is charging for the service but not delivering.

There is no hope or help here! Messaged back on the private chat (Direct Message Inbox) with 2 more advisors, took all the information, promised yet again to get back to us and closed the chat. Business attendant issue not resolved. What is happening here?

Lisa, I spoke with several tech support members, all we get is promises "we will call you back" and they never do. This internal message I received a week ago (maybe from you or coincidentally from another Lisa) ".... I will escalate the concerns to the team and the Office of the President will have a case manager contact you directly. Please allow 24 hours. No response is needed we will close out our case per the policy". This message was sent few days ago. Did not receive a direct call or email or anything.

Ruta, the office of the president team denied the case and I did send you a message on her with the info I provided. I was unable to leave you a message. The team stated you will need to speak with tech support.

Yes and I spoke with tech support, and they all say the same thing, we will call you back and they don't. How many times we should call again, wait on hold for 45+ min just to be told yet again "we will call you", what kind of services is this? AT&T should definitely do better!

Lisa, yet again Charlene from Tech Support who I spoke with on December 6th (for over 45min on the phone- she was chatting with "back office") promised call us back with more information. Have not heard since from anybody. We are at the office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, there is always someone here to answer the phone and we have not received any calls from AT&T regarding this. No emails or text either, those would work too as long as we see the actual progress.
