Business Attendant

Any advice on setting up Business Attendant? I am very computer literate so that should not be an issue. While trying to run a retail store, I have spoken with ATT support numerous times only to get transferred and dropped numerous times. I have had the service removed and added back twice. First I got error code 401, this round I have error code 801. The setup page loads painfully slow and it is not possible to select a message from the message library to then finish the configuration. Finding a rep even familiar with the feature is a chore and none have been helpful. They refuse to schedule or do a call back nor do they call back "within 48 hours" like they promise. This is my second attempt and I am very disappointed. Any help appreciated

We have this service (paying for the service but not receiving the service to be exact) for 3 years and attempted to resolve this I don't know how many times. Countless promises to call back and nothing. Consider taking legal action. We have "portlet" issue and one of "helpers" told us it is ATT internal technical issue which they can't resolve but then why offer and charge for the service if you unable to provide one?
