Cant log into TeleNavTrack website - TLS Outdated
Yesterday I switched all of my cellular data over to at&t. Since doing so I haven't been able to access the TeleNavTrack dashboard for tracking my at&t feature for TeleNav. After selecting the link for "Customer Sign In" the screen returns to basically a 'Web server unavailable...retry etc'. Upon further investigation I get a possible solution that says "TLS certificate outdated & incompatiable??" or similar. Before switching to at&t data, all of my Datacom was Verizon and I didn't have any issues on any of my devices (ipads,computers etc) now....none of them can access the portal and all receive the same message. ??? Help!
