Changes made in Office @ Hand admin portal are not syncing up with RingCentral Chat application (Glip)

Changes made in Office @ Hand admin portal are not syncing up with RingCentral Chat application (Glip). We had someone leave the company and was replaced internally. Changed the display name and associated email in Office @ hand which now shows up properly in the Office @ Hand applications, but it is not showing up that way in Glip. In Glip it still has the old guys info displaying.

I've called in multiple times about this and it has yet to be addressed. This is a huge issue with integration between the Office @ Hand side of things and the Ring Central apps that come with it.

SSO is also still not working with Ring Central which we were led to believe would be fixed by now.
