Changing your Service Plan in the AT&T Office@Hand mobile app

I am traveling for work and my manager reached out to me to ask that we make a change to our AT&T Office@Hand. I only have my phone with me. Does anyone know if I’m able to make those changes from my phone?

Yes, the AT&T Office@Hand mobile application allows you to change your service plan in it if you are an account administrator. To make changes via the application, log into the application, and then tap on your profile icon at the top left. The profile menu displays, and you can tap on Billing and then Service Plan. Scroll to and tap on the “Change Plan” button to see the available billing.
