Check shipping status in AT&T Office@Hand

I’m responsible for my companies AT&T Office@Hand account. I ordered some new hardware, as we are always adding team members. I’m hoping that there is a way to check my order status. Does anyone know if I can see that in the system?

Yes, AT&T Office@Hand allows you to see your order’s status. To check the shipping statutes, log into your AT&T Office@Hand account and navigate to the Admin portal. Click on click "Phones & Devices" under "Phone System". Click on the tab for the type of phone you ordered. Hover over the desired device and click on the “Check Progress” to the right.
