None of the words appear that you describe...not "board" not " new message" not "subject".  Just another subterfuge to allow people to think AT&T cares or is concerned for customers.

I am logged in.  I have selected several areas to try to post comments.  No way to post.  So typical.

Here is what I want to post...already put on Facebook page and will put anywhere possible.

I cannot put in print how horrible AT&T service is. Phone service is not bad, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is not only non-existent, it is oppositional and devious. No amount of survey response, chat, or phone conversations (at 45 mintues or longer each) will change, improve or affect their abominable service. How can this company stay in business? They are too large to fail, too large to respond to people, and too large to accomplish any customer-related task. After 8 years as a business customer with more than 11 lines, I am paying a huge sum to leave. That, too, cannot be accomplished by their inaptly-named "customer care" team. The longer they wait to "resolve" my issues is just more time I will owe them for service. How pitiful.
