Configure a custom ringtone for the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application
We started using the desktop client for AT&T Office@Hand. However, I’m having trouble distinguishing the ring from this and some of the other applications we use daily. Is there a way to set up a custom ring for calls coming into AT&T Office@Hand?

Yes, the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application includes the ability to configure a custom ringtone. To do so, open and log into the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application. Then, click on Settings and then on Sound. The sound settings display, and you can navigate to the ringtone settings. Click on the Add new button to select your desired ringtone.
