Configuring the Call Flip feature in AT&T Office@Hand

When we set up our AT&T Office@Hand account, we were advising that the system was able to allow you to pass a call between a desk phone. Does anyone know if that is possible? If so, where do I go to set it up?

You are looking for the Call Flip feature, which allows you to pass a call seamlessly between phone lines. To configure the feature log in, and click on the Users tab. Click on the User List on the Users With Extensions tab. The list of users displays, and you can click on the desired user. Click on Call Handling and Forwarding, and then on Settings.
