Create a message-only extension in AT&T Office@Hand

I was browsing some of the documentation for our AT&T Office@Hand account, and I remember seeing an item that said that you could create an extension that directs the caller to voicemail. Does anyone know if thats possible?

Yes, AT&T Office@Hand allows you to configure a “Message-Only” extension that sends callers directly to a voicemail message. To configure a message-only extension, log into your account, and then click on the “Phone System” tab. Click on “Groups” in the menu on the left, and then on the “Others” tab. A dropdown populates under “others”. Click on it and then click on “New Message-Only Extension”.
