Customize User’s messaging settings in AT&T Office@Hand

I was added to the administration team for our company’s AT&T Office@Hand account. I was told that there is a way to allow the system to send messages to an agent if they miss a call. Where do I go to enable that?

You can enable AT&T Office@Hand to send an email or SMS message when users receive a voicemail, fax, call, etc. To configure the notification setting, log into the admin portal and click on the Users tab. The user list displays and you can click on the name of the desired user. Click on the Messages & Notifications tab. See our tutorial “Messages & Notifications Customize User’s Settings as Admin | AT&T Office@Hand Article #2735” for more information.
