Divert calls when phones are offline AT&T Office@Hand

My work requires me to travel to some remote places where coverage is not always guaranteed. I want to make sure that if I receive a call via AT&T Office@Hand that it be forwarded to a colleague. Does anyone know where I need to go to do that?

You can enable the call forwarding feature in AT&T Office@Hand by Click in on Call Forwarding & Handling and then look for the User Hours section. Under Call Forward for Unreachable Phone, click on Edit. The call forwarding for unreachable details displays, and you can click on the toggle next to Call Redirect to On. With call redirect enabled, you can select where calls should be forwarded. Check out our tutorial “Call Forwarding Divert calls when phones are offline | AT&T Office@Hand Article #9331” for step-by-step instructions.
