Initial set up of the company name for the AT&T Office@Hand caller ID
I'm setting up our AT&T Office@Hand account, and I'm looking for information on how to complete the setup. For example, does anyone know how to configure the company name shown in the account's caller ID?

To configure the Company name for the outbound caller ID in AT&T Office@Hand, log in to the Admin Portal and then click on the Phone System tab. Click on Company Info in the menu on the left and then on the Caller ID Name tab. A field appears that allows you to set the desired company name when placing an outbound call.
