Park Locations for Desktop App AT&T Office@Hand

We have added a few new users to our AT&T Office@Hand account, and some of them had questions about the features found on the desktop application. Does anyone know where I can go to find information?

You can have your users also visit asecare.att.com to see our how-to tutorials on using AT&T Office@Hand, its features, settings, and more. For example, take a look at our tutorial “Call Park – Park Locations for Desktop App | AT&T Office@Hand Article #8263” for information on how to use the Park Locations feature in the desktop application. The Park Locations feature allows you to park a call privately that can only be answered by users within a group. Some benefits include:

  • Create private Park Locations that only visible to specific users.

  • Support up to 100 Park Location groups per account.

  • Pick up parked call from the AT&T Office@Hand mobile application.
