Reward Card Balance Problem
Hi:
I’m trying to check the balance on my Visa Reward Card on the AT&T website and it isn’t working. I followed the instructions and type the first 4 numbers of my card and pressed continue but it keeps on redirecting me to the same page. There was a phone number to check the balance but its not working. Can someone provide me with the correct phone number ?

I need to find out the balance on my reward card. The link to do so does not work as stated in the past. The number to check balance asks for an account number. I’ve tried my card number, but that throws the recording into confusion. I also tried my att acct which went nowhere. Please simplify this so we can just check our balance.
