Set the AT&T Office@Hand desktop app as the default calling app

Our company started using AT&T Office@Hand, and I’m having trouble when I go to place a call my computer tries to open the older software that we used. Does anyone know how I can fix that?

You can set the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application to the default application for placing calls and sending fax messages. To do so, log into the desktop application and then click on the settings icon. It’s the icon that looks like a gear. Next, navigate to the General settings page and then click on apply on “Set as a default faxing and calling application”. For example, suppose your users are going to use the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application. See our tutorial “Fax – Setting AT&T Office@Hand for Desktop as the Default Calling and Faxing Application AT&T Office@Hand” for information. You can also visit asecare.att.com for how-to the other settings available for AT&T Office@Hand.
