Tabs & Reports of the Analytics Portal in AT&T Office@Hand

Is there a way to tell if my company’s desk phones are working correctly with our AT&T Office@Hand account?

Yes, AT&T Office@Hand includes reporting for many aspects of your AT&T Office@Hand account, including a Device Status report. The report allows you to see that your desktop phones are working correctly. To run the report, log into the Admin Portal and click on the Reports dropdown. Click on Analytics Portal in the menu and then on Device Status.
