Troubleshooting fax attachment issues in AT&T Office@Hand
I’m trying to send an image via AT&T Office@Hand, and I’m getting an error that the attachment is too big. Does anyone know what the size limit is for fax messages?

AT&T Office@Hand has a 20MB limit. If the files are larger, you can receive an error message. Take a look at our tutorial “Fax – Resolving Fax attachment issues | AT&T Office@Hand Article #5199” for more information on common issues you may see when trying to send a fax. These errors can include the size limit you saw, as well as issues with corrupted or unsupported files. The tutorial also includes what you can do to remedy these issues.
