Troubleshooting the “access to this account is disabled” error in AT&T Office@Hand

One of my AT&T Office@Hand users let me know that they were having trouble logging into their account. The user received an error that says their account is disabled. How do I reactivate their account?

AT&T Office@Hand displays the “Access to this account is disabled” message when a user enters the incorrect user credentials 3- 5 times. To unlock their account, navigate to the admin portal and click on “Users”, “User List” and then on “users with extensions”. The user should be listed with a lock icon. Check out our tutorial “Access to this account is disabled error | AT&T Office@Hand Article #13764” for more information on unlocking the user’s account, settings for user failed login attempts and account lock duration.
