Troubleshooting VoIP calls in AT&T Office@Hand

I’m a new AT&T Office@Hand administrator, and I have had a few users tell me they have seen sporadic issues while making VoIP calls. Does anyone know what kind of steps I can have them perform to troubleshoot the issue?

There are many reasons that your users can experience issues with AT&T Office@Hand VoIP calls. Each issue has its own set of troubleshooting steps that can be performed to resolve the issues. We recommend this tutorial “VoIP QoS Frequently Asked Questions for AT&T Office@Hand Article #3805” for information on how to troubleshoot Latency, Jitter, and Packet Loss (also known as data loss).
