Using the Call Park on a touch-tone phone in AT&T Office@Hand
Our company started using AT&T Office@Hand, and I know we have calls that are parked. I don’t have access to my laptop, and I’m looking to see if there is a way to access the calls from one of our desk-phones. Does anyone know if that’s possible?

Yes, you can use the touch tones on Non-AT&T Office@Hand handsets to park or access parked calls. To park or retrieve calls in AT&T Office@Hand, press (#) (#) on the keypad while on a call. A prompt plays providing options to either Return to the call, Transfer the call, or More Options. Use the (*) to access more options to either park or retrieve a parked call. Check out our tutorial “Call Park – Use Call Park on Desk phones | AT&T Office@Hand Article #5276” for more information.
