Using the pre-call controls in the AT&T Office@Hand desktop application
My team and I were advised to start using the desktop app for AT&T Office@Hand. I was wondering what the “Ignore” option means when someone calls me. Does anyone have info?

The controls mentioned are the Pre-Call controls found in the AT&T Offie@Hand desktop application. If you have voicemail setup, you can use the “Ignore” icon which will send the call directly to the voicemail prompt. We recommend checking out our tutorial at “Desktop App – Pre-Call Controls for the Desktop App | AT&T Office@Hand Article #7097” for more information on the Pre-Call Controls available.
