SO the Big Question HOW DO I CREATE a MACD Request... PLEASE

Hello @benpeters - what is an ADI MACD?
We've just had a circuit installed and I have a completion ticket but I'm also told I need to create a ticket to migrate the old circuit to the new circuit.
