AT&T customers can’t call my phone number
I’ve started a new business using a voip provider (Nextiva) and all other carriers (Verizon, Comcast, T-Mobile, etc) can call the phone number except AT&T customers. When an AT&T customer calls me it says it is not a working number. Nextiva believes it to be a least cost routing issue with AT&T but each time I call AT&T they only say their technical teams are looking at it. But a week later I have no resolution and am losing customers. I am an AT&T customer too so I’ve been able to talk to them but it can’t be figured out. Please help!

Tonight I dealt with a situation where an AT&T voip customer cannot call certain numbers. It may be anecdotal but 2 numbers are confirmed Google. I tried using both customer voip lines, sending 2 unique caller ID numbers out, and no difference. The ringing turns to busy after a few rings and the other party (google user) cannot answer.
