AT&T Global network client - The password was entered incorrectly. Please enter the correct password

I have been using the AT&T Global Network client time connect to my works domain now for quite some time.

Last week I got the message that my password is incorrect - even though it is not as it’s the same as my windows password. I am unsure what to do.

Could I please have some help as I am working from home tomorrow?
