Can 1 business line direct calls to other business lines?

I am looking for the ability to have a single business line answer the phone call and offer to send the call to person X, Y or Z, possible in different offices.   For example - if you would like to speak to Mr. X, press 1 and the phone call gets routed to him, if you like to speak to Ms. Y, press 2 and so on.

Is this technology available and if so - is it availble through AT&T or is this an equipment thing and who might have this of equipment?
