Damaged irrigation system

AT&T performed some work on our grass and as a result damaged our irrigation system. We found out about this problem later on because our irrigation system is working at night. Once noticed I informed AT&T about this damage. Claim number 2008000089. It took me about a week to reach someone to open the claim. Eventually this miracle had happened and I was promised to be contacted by Sedgwick company within 48 hours. This company never called us and can’t be reached. Meanwhile we will have to make the repair by ourselves. Shame on you AT&T. More than that, we initially thought the damaged was made by google fiber and called them. They were here the next day to assess the situation and to discover that this cable belongs to AT&T. We will just move to them. Enough to deal with AT&T. That’s not the first time we had a similar issue. What a frustration even to reach them out!!!

I have reached out already to a Risk Assesnent team. Nothing moved. Nobody came the system is still not functioning. There is no need to reach out to any one. You didn’t ask for my permission to come and work on my property. You can do exactly the same thing you did before which is to come and this time to fix the damage you made.
