email to txt no longer working

Our organization has been using email to text to communicate with our distributed operations team. Recently the messages are being blocked from out AT&T network phones. This is a critical tool for our business. Is there a setting we need to update to allow messages through?

I am having the same problem and I rely heavily on this feature for work. 

It was working fine then ATT started rejecting the messages today.
