filing compliants
att as a whole customer service wise is trash, i called and was bounced around bounced around and when i informed a superviors of a csr's conversation with me the "super" brushed it off and said "i'll get you to the area you need" no concern with my feeling how i was treated nothing, then when i brought this to her attention she ignored and kept talking. i informed her i would report her lack of supervision on her part (she still didnt care) , she transferred my call to the automated teller without a care after me asking her not to cause i was already being bounced around..

TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD AND COMPLAIN .. THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR THIS COMPANY OR CUSTOMERS.. THROW THE WHOLE COMPANY AWAY..
