My Company has been dealing with AT&T since Friday afternoon now, Our fire monitoring system has been disconnected. We've spoken to four different reps now in which ALL has said to us that service was placed back on, not to mention the 1st rep even acknowledged the severity of this line and said he'd temporarily activate the line for the weekend. It is now Tuesday after noon and STILL no service to our fire safty line. AT&T dont understand the importance and what safty lyes into this line but there are lives at risk now or they simply do not care about thier customers as they say. A few different co-workers now have been on the phone every hour to just keep going through the loop holes with no resolutions. WE NEED HELP FAST! OUR FIRE SYSTEM LINE HAS BEEN OFF FOR 5 WHOLE DAYS NOW!
